Doylestown Friends Meeting Joins Interfaith Pride
The corner of State and Pine Streets was hot on June 21st at the annual Doylestown Pride Festival Block Party, but the Coexist Interfaith Pride Group was keeping everyone cool with rainbow ice pops from Doylestown Friends.
Exuberant musical performances at the corner kept everyone dancing and cheering as families and festivalgoers completed crafts and enjoyed treats from Doylestown Friends Meeting, Salem United Church of Christ, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Doylestown Presbyterian Church, Temple Judea, and BuxMont Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.
Friends are proud to provide an inclusive, supportive, and celebratory faith community for LGBTQ+ people and to engage in local activities.
