Bucks Quarter’s Peace Fair is a family-friendly event showcasing Bucks area organizations whose focus is peace, community service, healthy living, education and the environment. There are 100 tables and booths of crafts, artwork, non-competitive games, animals, and local non-profits like the Peace Center, Delaware Riverkeepers, A Woman’s Place, and Camp Onas, among many others.

Visitors will hear entertainers like the Tookany Creek bluegrass band, River Drivers (Celtic folk) and kids' songster Ecoman. They can peruse the used book sale, listen to Bucks and Montgomery County poets at the Poetry Reading, or visit the Heritage Tent, where local families highlight the various cultures of their parents and ancestors. There is a food court with vegetarian/vegan options, and visitors can tour the historic Buckingham Meetinghouse, a National Landmark. For two decades, the fair has been a happy place for toddlers, grandparents, and everyone in between!

This year's Peace Fair will open at 10:30 with an historical reenactment by the Bachmann Players of Easton and a drum circle and ceremony to by the Lenape Nation of Pennsylvania. These are part of the Lenape all-day "Walking Purchase Healing Journey" that will begin at the Wrightstown Friends Meetinghouse and end at the “Bond Farm” in Jim Thorpe.

The Peace Fair is supported by grants from Bucks Quarter and Buckingham Friends Meeting, as well as by vendor fees and visitor donations. In addition, 60-70 members of the Bucks Quarter community volunteer each year to help plan and run the fair. If you wish to volunteer, sign up here.

The Peace Fair is handicap-accessible for visitors, vendors and volunteers. Parking is free. The fair is advertised in area newspapers, with flyers and yard signs, and in social media. You can find us on Facebook, and when you do, please follow our page!

This 20th annual Peace Fair is dedicated to Holly Olson, a friend and colleague, and a valued member of the Peace Fair Committee for more than fifteen years.
