This next
session is called with an intent to address the question of Friends response to
the events and aftermath of Sept. 11th. How do we find our voice and a sense of
leading as Friends to speak and and act clearly and forthrightly? What are the
particular ways in which Friends of PYM might be able to make a contribution to
building a more peaceful and just world? The agenda and discussion will be
informed by the ideas and reflections arising from the ten Threshing Sessions
held in different parts of PYM on the 30th of September. Time: 1:30-5pm at 1515
Cherry, Nov 10th. Childcare provided for infants thru middle school. Call Mary
Anne Crowley at 215-241-7221, or email: maryc@pym.org. Carpooling is suggested.
Note that both of the above can flow from one to the other.
