Friday, May 15th  Annual Swimathon. Get pledges of support from friends and relatives for swimming as many laps as you can in the Chandler Hall pool. Warn them that their pledge is for EACH lap unless you let them give a set amount! Bring a friend or child or grandchild.

Fundraiser Coffee House at Falls for Ezekiel’s Wheel
There will be a Coffee House at Falls on Friday, May 8th, at 7:30 PM to help raise funds for Jody Guokas’ band, Ezekiel’s Wheel. The band has been invited to play at a 3-day Festival of Music and Reconciliation in Tuzla, Bosnia so that young people from the former Yugoslavia can meet informally. The band will be playing with other local bands as well as bands from all over the world on June 12th-14th. Ezekiel’s Wheel plays songs which closely link music and reconciliation, including peace and non-violence, environmental protection, and joyful praise. The band’s philosophy is that music can be a life-changing experience, and that by singing about these things, the band can help the audience see the light of truth and make a change. Friends of all ages are invited to hear this popular group play before they go off to Europe. Tickets are $7 at the door. If you can give more, do so!
